Need to Return a product
To return a product at Built In China .com , you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@BuiltInChina.com , or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, Built In China .com accepts returns on defective merchandise from select manufacturers within 3 days of delivery. However, Built In China .com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Built In China .com on returned items, and Built In China .com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 7 days from delivery date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Built In China .com discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
